I left my bike locked up on Abercrombie St for two nights and it had the wheels stolen off it.
I drank a lot of different kinds of alcohol and suffered a terrible hangover.
I feel all right about these things, because I'm willing to be responsible for the consequences of my actions. Just gotta wear 'em.
What I don't feel so great about is my lack of willpower in getting things done. Doing what needs doing. I don't feel great taking responsibility for the consequences of my inaction. I"m trying to think of an example ... not doing or going to something I said I would and hence feeling empty or guilty.
On the upside, I do a mean lamb roast and potatoes that are to die for.

Everyone understands the concept of Liable For Nothing in their own way. I would argue that this is an entirely valid and legitimate interpretation.
You are Liable For Nothing. Why? Because you are.
Certainly sounds like it to me.
Guilt, however, is the enemy. Guilt is useless. It is not your friend. Unless you are weak. LFN is not for the weak or the guilty.
Those who can cook a mean lamb roast, however, are always of use to the movement. Coburg will back me on this.
Oh, superman, maybe LFN is not for me. I think it might be, though. Does it offer any self-improvement courses?
Generally speaking, no.
It is felt that feeling a need to Improve One's Self - and most especially feeling a need to be taught by someone else how to do so - implies a degree of liability. And we are expressly against all forms of liability.
That said because I like you and because I can see that you're exceptional, I have designed a special LFN self-improvement course especially for you and the discerning readers of your weblog.
- Remind yourself, whenever the need arises, that you are liable for nothing.
- If you wish, you may choose to get a tattoo on the inside of your wrist, or behind your eyelids in glow-in-the-dark ink, saying "LIABLE FOR NOTHING", to assist you in remembering that you are liable for nothing.
Liable for nothing.
I used this strategy today in my workplace. It seemed to work. Nobody held me accountable, nor did I in fact seem to be in any way liable for anything.
Now I am beyond reproach! Go on! reproach me! See how liable I am[n't].
Really works, I tells yer!
I cannot comply with your request, because as someone who is liable for nothing, i am not in the business of attempting to inflict liability on another who is also liable for nothing.
Liable for nothing.
But if you tried to inflict some sort of liability on me, it's not as though I could hold you liable. Or as if you *could* inflict said liability, anyway, given that I am also, as you say, liable for nothing.
Totally.
S'good, innit!
